Job summary

Takeda in Austria (Vienna) is seeking a Business Process Lead for Supply Chain Planning to drive digital transformation and continuous improvement of global planning processes. You will enable scalable, system-enabled ways of working across demand, supply, inventory and S&OP, shaping solutions across SAP IBP, APO, IBP, OBP, AspenTech, and ERP integrations.

You will lead end-to-end design and deployment, collaborate with Global SC, DD&T, Finance and external ops, and build global capability

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management or related digital transformation.
• End-to-end knowledge of demand, supply, inventory and S&OP.
• Hands-on experience with SAP and planning platforms (ECC, APO, IBP, OBP, AspenTech).

Responsibilities

• Own global Supply Chain Planning processes and drive standardization.
• Lead design, implementation and enhancement of digital planning solutions across demand, supply, inventory and S&OP.
• Collaborate with Global Supply Chain, DD&T, Finance, Manufacturing Sites and External Operations to align processes.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, standardized and digitally enabled solutions.
• Enable global capability building through site onboarding, super-user engagement, and go-live readiness.
• Lead change management, hypercare and adoption activities, sharing best practices.
