Qualifikationen

• Master degree in engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years of engineering experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Deep expertise in process equipment and new technologies.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, regulatory requirements and risk management.
• Experience in managing complex engineering projects.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear engineering priorities.
• Strong communication skills in a multinational environment.
• Willingness to travel internationally (around 30%).

• Act as the internal process expert, providing guidance to production sites.
• Contribute to the process engineering strategy, translating it into goals for local engineering teams.
• Define process engineering requirements for consistent implementation across sites.
