Job summary

Takeda is seeking a Business Process Lead, Supply Chain Planning, to drive digital transformation of global Planning processes across demand, supply, inventory and S&OP. You will translate business needs into standardized global processes and digital solutions, collaborating with Global SC, DD&T, Finance and manufacturing sites to ensure reliable supply and value.

You will lead end-to-end design and deployment of planning capabilities (SAP IBP, APO, ECC, OBP, AspenTech), enable site onboarding,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Management, IT, planning technologies or digital transformation.
• Strong end-to-end understanding of Supply Chain Planning processes (demand, supply, inventory and S&OP).
• Hands-on experience with SAP and planning platforms such as SAP ECC, APO, IBP, OBP, AspenTech or comparable tech.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, standardized, digitally enabled solutions.
• Experience managing complex projects or processes in a global environment.
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills for cross-functional/stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills using data to drive improvements.
• Excellent command of English; German language skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own global Supply Chain Planning processes and digital solutions, driving governance and standardization.
• Lead design, implementation, and enhancement of digital solutions across demand, supply, inventory, and S&OP.
• Drive end-to-end delivery from design to go-live and benefits realization.
• Collaborate with Global SC, IT, Finance, Manufacturing, and External Ops to align processes and systems.
• Translate requirements into scalable, standardized, digitally enabled solutions.
• Enable global capability building through onboarding, training, and go-live readiness.
• Lead change management, hypercare, and adoption, sharing best practices.
