Job summary

Octapharma is seeking a Group Lead Process Engineer to set the technical direction for process equipment across its European sites, including Vienna, Springe, Stockholm and Lingolsheim. The role drives standardisation and major investments while enabling collaboration across sites.

You will act as the internal process expert, lead cross-site engineering teams, ensure GMP compliance, assess technologies, and manage budgets with international travel to approximately 30% of the time.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• GMP knowledge and regulatory familiarity essential.
• Experience leading complex engineering projects across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Act as internal process expert to support production sites.
• Define and translate process engineering strategy into site goals.
• Define requirements for consistent implementation across sites.
• Assess new technologies for process improvement.
