Fonio is expanding globally. We are seeking a performance-focused marketer to own paid campaigns and scale them across markets from our Vienna office.

You will manage budgets, optimize campaigns, and own tracking systems while collaborating with the Performance Marketing and Go-to-Market teams. English is the company language, and German is a plus.

• Experience running international ad campaigns.
• Experience managing large ad budgets (€150k+ monthly, growing up to €1M per month soon).
• Hardworking, analytical, structured and metric-driven.
• Strong English is required; German is a plus.

Your Role

You own our paid campaigns and scale them internationally. You know how to handle huge budgets, test systematically, and drive performance across markets.

What To Expect

• Build, structure, and continuously optimize Google Ads campaigns
• Manage large budgets with full accountability and a performance-first mindset
• Own tracking and conversion setup: Tag Manager, Search Console, offline uploads, and more
• Design and systematically test new campaign structures and landing pages
• Extract learnings, iterate fast, and deliver measurable impact
• Work closely with the Performance Marketing team and Go-to-Market managers

Who We're Looking For

• You've run international ad campaigns and understand how markets differ
• You have experience managing large ad budgets (€150k+ monthly, growing up to €1M per month soon) and the accountability that comes with it
• Hardworking, analytical, structured, and a natural fit for a direct, ambitious culture
• Strong English skills, as English is our company language
• German skills are a big plus
