Fonio.ai in Vienna is seeking a creative designer to translate concepts into static ads for Meta, LinkedIn, and other paid channels. You live in Figma, produce multiple variants quickly, and measure success by performance, not aesthetics alone.

You’ll collaborate with the Creative Strategist and Creative Director to turn ad angles into strong visuals, think in stop-scroll, hierarchy and conversion, and work data-driven to optimize campaigns.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrable experience designing high-performing static ads (portfolio required).
• Proficient in Figma with fast, iterative workflows.
• Strong understanding of paid performance and CTR/conversion.
• Thrives at startup pace.
• Native German plus strong English.

Your role

You translate concepts into static ads that stop the scroll and convert. You live in Figma, produce many variants fast, and measure yourself on performance, not aesthetics alone. You work closely with the Creative Strategist (who delivers the angles) and the Creative Director (who signs off).

• German at native level + good English
