Zusammenfassung

fonio seeks an Ads Designer to translate concepts into static ads that stop the scroll and convert. You will be fluent in Figma, rapidly producing variants and measuring performance rather than aesthetics alone.

Collaborate closely with the Creative Strategist and Creative Director to ensure angles become strong visuals. You design ads for Meta, LinkedIn, and other paid channels, iterate with A/B tests, and optimize campaigns with a data-driven mindset.

• Understand paid performance and optimize CTR/conversion, not just aesthetics.

Your role

You translate concepts into static ads that stop the scroll and convert. You live in Figma, produce many variants fast, and measure yourself on performance, not aesthetics alone. You work closely with the Creative Strategist (who delivers the angles) and the Creative Director (who signs off).

• German at native level + good English
