TGW Logistics seeks a People Relations Manager to lead all HR tasks from recruitment through termination, serving as a sparring partner for managers across Austria and internationally. You will advise on employment law issues and ensure compliant HR processes across the employee life cycle.

The ideal candidate has completed HR training with several years of HR experience, excellent German and English skills, and the ability to advise at executive level with discretion and loyalty.

Qualificações

• Completed HR training with several years of experience in human resources/people relations
• Knowledge of Austrian labour law (German labour law is an advantage)
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• Experience in executive consulting and diplomacy in communication
• Loyalty, discretion and team-oriented mindset

Responsabilidades

• Advise and spar with managers on employment law and personnel issues
• Oversee the entire employee life cycle from recruitment to offboarding
• Handle the recruiting process
• Ensure professional, standardized, and legally compliant HR processes
• Participate in HR projects and process improvements
