viewpointsystem in Vienna is seeking a proactive HR/People coordinator to help scale our fast-growing team. You will join a hands-on, people-first culture and help build processes from the ground up, ensuring colleagues feel at home as we grow.

You will own recruiting coordination, design onboarding, manage contracts and payroll coordination, support culture initiatives, and implement HR tools while collaborating with Jil and Anna.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a generalist HR/People role, ideally in a start-up or scale-up.
• A hands-on and get-it-done approach.
• Attention to detail and good organisational skills.
• Comfort with ambiguity, we're building a lot of this as we go.
• Experience implementing HR tools is a plus.
• Fluent German and English.

Aufgaben

• Supporting Jil and Anna in scaling our PX processes as the team keeps growing
• Owning day-to-day recruiting coordination: screening, scheduling, candidate experience
• Designing and running onboardings so new hires ramp up fast and feel at home
• Handling operational HR tasks: contracts, HR tools, coordination with external payroll
• Supporting culture and team initiatives alongside leads across the company
• Helping us build processes that are ready for what comes next
