Qualifications

• Education or practical experience in computer science, cybersecurity, network engineering, product management, or a related field.
• Good understanding of OT cybersecurity concepts, network security, and common attack techniques.
• Ability to assess technical cybersecurity topics and translate them into clear priorities and actionable tasks.
• Experience in coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders and balancing competing priorities.
• Strong organizational skills and a structured approach to solving complex problems.
• You enjoy taking ownership, creating clarity, and driving topics independently from idea to implementation.
• You communicate confidently in English and enjoy collaborating with international colleagues and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prioritize cybersecurity topics across stakeholders to ensure the cybersecurity analyst team can focus on the highest-value activities.
• Collaborate with product management, development teams, sales, and application engineering to transform ideas, requirements, and customer feedback into well-structured and actionable work items.
• Facilitate prioritization and planning discussions and help stakeholders understand trade-offs, dependencies, effort, and impact.
• Support the cybersecurity analyst team in maintaining focus by ensuring incoming cybersecurity topics are transparently evaluated, structured, and aligned with agreed priorities.
• Identify opportunities to improve collaboration, workflows, and knowledge sharing across cybersecurity-related activities.
