• Lead and develop the production team, building skills, engagement, and a strong safety culture.
• Own overall production performance: quality, cost, delivery and capacity planning.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence using internal systems.
• Introduce and optimise production technologies and digital tools for efficiency and traceability.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, environmental and management standards (ISO, Safety First).
• Oversee manufacturing fundamentals: BOMs, work plans, and documentation.
• Provide technical and operational support to projects, field sales, and service activities.
