Zusammenfassung

Eaton is hiring a Production Supervisor - Low Voltage Systems (m/f/d) for our Schrems plant in Austria. You will lead the production team, drive safety, quality and on‑time delivery, and oversee capacity planning and continuous improvement.

Candidates should have technical education and at least 3 years in manufacturing, fluent German, and a solid understanding of low‑voltage architecture and IEC 61439 standards.

Qualifikationen

• Technical education (apprenticeship, secondary technical school or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in production/manufacturing.
• Fluent German.
• Strong understanding of low voltage architecture and IEC 61439 standards.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop the production team, ensuring safety and a strong zero-accident culture.
• Oversee production performance including quality, cost, delivery and capacity planning.
• Drive continuous improvement using Eaton Business System and CI tools.
• Provide technical and operational support to projects, field sales and service activities.
