• Extensive leadership in project management and order management in complex manufacturing.
• Proven change management, process transformation, and digitization experience.
• Strong project, risk, contract and stakeholder management with excellent communication.

• Lead, develop, and inspire the Order Management organization, driving accountability and high performance.
• Oversee execution of projects with CPM, managing performance, profitability, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Drive transformation, implement best practices, digitalization, and standardized project management.
• Establish and improve governance, milestones, and quality gates aligned with global requirements.
