Job purpose: The purpose of this role is to ensure the efficient operation of the Sales and Order Entry Unit by managing incoming correspondence, processing orders and remittances accurately within the MegaStamp system, and performing essential proofreading tasks. This contributes to high-quality client services and fosters productive partnerships with customers. The role supports the Customer Service & Communication Unit by enabling timely follow-up on orders and inquiries, ensuring client satisfaction and the overall smooth functioning of the unit's operations. Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include opening, sorting, and distributing incoming mail and correspondences. This involves handling remitted cheques and accurately entering customer orders and remittances into the MegaStamp system. The role requires checking and updating customer accounts and liaising with colleagues to forward incoming cheques. Additionally, the position involves proofreading texts, documents, and letters in both English and German, and responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and letter in these languages.
