Google seeks a Lead Site HR Business Partner for its Austria Data Center to serve as the core on-site HR advocate for the DC team. You will partner with site leads to promote Google's culture, handle employee relations, and ensure labor law compliance in Austria.

The role requires onsite presence up to four days per week, driving labor risk mitigation and operational resilience while aligning local initiatives with global DC People Plan.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of HR BP or HR Generalist experience providing consultations to the business.
• Experience in Labor Relations, including managing union relations or Works Council engagement in Austria.
• Experience with local employment law in Austria, including Collective Bargaining Agreements.
• Ability to communicate in English and German fluently to support client relationships in this region.

Aufgaben

• Act as on-site HR partner for the data center and lead site HR initiatives.
• Partner with site leads and managers to foster a high-trust, direct-engagement culture.
• Mitigate labor risks and ensure regulatory compliance across the site.
• Support integration of people-related initiatives into daily DC operations.
• Manage DC-related people tickets and employee cases end-to-end with regional teams.
