ConnectWise is seeking a Channel Account Manager for the Nordics to drive growth, retention, and expansion with Nordic MSP partners. You will manage partner relationships, collaborate with distributors and internal teams, and execute sell-through strategies to meet revenue targets.

The role requires strong Nordic MSP knowledge, 3+ years in account management or sales, and proficiency with Salesforce and Outreach. Onsite/Hybrid working options are available based on location.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience is preferred.
• 3 years of account management or sales experience required.
• Strong knowledge of Nordic MSP channel and indirect sales.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed retention targets.

• Manage a defined base of Nordic MSP partners as the primary commercial contact.
• Drive growth through upsell/cross-sell within existing partner network.
• Coordinate with distributors, marketing, and product teams to align partner strategy.
• Forecasts and reports on partner performance, renewals, and churn.
