• Define and own ConnectWise's global distribution strategy and execution.
• Serve as executive sponsor for all distributor relationships worldwide.
• Lead the two-tier go-to-market with MSP-first alignment and platform adoption.
• Drive annual bookings, ARR, renewals, and profitability targets for the distribution business.
• Oversee regional and distributor performance objectives with governance processes.
