Wolt in Austria is hiring an Operations Associate, Courier Community, to act as the heartbeat of courier partner support. You will handle complex escalations, localize content, and enable frontline teams through macros and tools.

The role emphasizes empathy, ownership, and fast, accurate problem solving within a high-volume environment. You will work with English and Austrian German, use Excel/Sheets for data tasks, and contribute to community engagement and localization efforts.

Qualifikationen

• Professional working experience in Customer Support, Operations or other similar roles.
• Professional level in English and fluent Austrian German.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong capability to diagnose operational issues, identify root causes, and determine when and how to elevate.
• Clear, empathetic, and professional written communication skills.
• Ownership & Accountability: Taking full responsibility for tasks until completion and communicating early when blocked.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous with workflows, deadlines, and sensitive partner details.
• Multitasking & Adaptability: Thriving in a fast-paced environment where priorities dynamically adjust.

Aufgaben

• Inbox Management & Advanced Support: handle complex partner requests and escalations.
• Content Ownership & Localization: localize communications and update FAQs/educational content.
• Cross-Functional Communication & Enablement: create macros and tools for frontline agents.
• Community Engagement & Feedback Loops: support courier events and translate feedback into improvements.
• AI & Process Automation: use AI to generate templates and automate routine inquiries.
• KPIs & Impact: monitor courier satisfaction, time to resolution, inflow reduction, localization quality.
