Job summary

Rosewood Hotel Group in Vienna seeks a marketing professional to lead briefs, plans, calendars and execution for assigned campaigns. You will coordinate creative, content, channel, PR and partnerships, ensure measurement plans, manage agencies, and guide junior colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, communications, digital, PR, agency or luxury-hospitality.
• Knowledge of integrated campaign planning and project management.
• Audience, digital and performance analysis.
• Strong briefing, copy and quality-control capability.
• Budget discipline and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop briefs, plans, calendars and execution for assigned campaigns.
• Coordinate creative, content, channel, PR and partnership activity.
• Ensure booking pathways, calls to action and measurement plans are in place.
• Own selected channels and manage agencies, creators or partners.
• Maintain quality, brand standards, usage rights and delivery timelines.
• Analyse outcomes and recommend optimisation or reallocation.
• Coordinate closely with Rooms, Events, F&B, Spa, Revenue and Sales.
• Guide junior colleagues on assigned projects when required.
