Job summary

Mondi in Austria is seeking a Solution Owner for M-Files and DocuSign to drive our digital transformation and ensure secure collaboration across IT and business units.

You will design, implement, and manage these platforms, train users, monitor performance, and align IT with business needs. This is a dynamic, cross-functional role with opportunities to influence processes and stay ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

• University degree in IT or related field.
• 3+ years experience with M-Files or DocuSign.
• Strong understanding of document management and business processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect business demands and propose solutions to central business counterparts.
• Own design, implementation, and ongoing management of M-Files and DocuSign.
• Collaborate with teams across the organization to gather insights and drive improvements.
• Lead implementation and support partners to run the mission effectively.
• Provide training and support to users to leverage these tools.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and platform updates.
