OpenText in Austria seeks a Lead Consultant for ECM solutions to guide complex digital transformations using Content Management and AI-powered tools. You will partner with Delivery, Pre-Sales, Sales, and Client Success teams, mentoring consultants while staying hands-on in design, integration, and deployment across cloud and hybrid environments.

Qualifikationen

• Proven ability to lead complex client engagements and consulting teams.
• Track record of designing and delivering Enterprise Content Management solutions.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Java, JavaScript, Python, SQL, REST APIs, XML, JSON and integrations.
• Design, configure, and troubleshoot enterprise software in cloud and hybrid environments.
• Hands-on experience with AI technologies including LLMs, RAG, AI agents, automation, and prompt engineering.
• Workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, and client-facing communication.
• Fluency in German and English.

• Lead enterprise-scale OpenText Content Management modernization and migration projects.
• Partner with clients as trusted business and technical advisor.
• Facilitate discovery, architecture, AI, and automation workshops with senior stakeholders.

• Support strategic pre-sales pursuits, solution demonstrations, and client presentations.
