Qualifications

• 1+ years sales experience in luxury retail
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop)

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style standards
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and personalized recommendations
• Utilize POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases
• Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPI targets
• Assist in store operations such as cash wrap and replenishment
