You will be the main contact for all after-sales topics and oversee repairs from acceptance to completion, ensuring every customer journey is smooth and luxurious.

The role is full-time (38.5 hours/week) and involves working in-store to deliver the highest standards of service and support in the LVHM family environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in luxury customer service preferred.
• Strong communication with clients and team members.
• Ability to manage after-sales topics and inquiries.
