PRADA Store Vienna is seeking a Senior Client Advisor to embody luxury service and drive client engagement. You will understand client preferences, offer expert fashion advice, and elevate the brand experience through personalized service.

You will engage with clients in German and English, maintain relationships via CRM, and contribute to sales targets while maintaining store standards. This is a full-time, in-store role at our Vienna flagship.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for diverse clients.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills to meet and exceed targets.
• Passion for luxury fashion and understanding of the luxury retail market.
• Fluent German and English both spoken and written.

Aufgaben

• Welcome and serve the customer, delivering an excellent in-store experience at all times.
• Maintain and develop client relationships via CRM and digital tools.
• Proactively engage in cross-selling with all departments to maximize sales and KPIs.
• Stay up-to-date with fashion trends and competitors.
• Demonstrate brand and product knowledge.
• Handle customer complaints by liaising with the line manager as needed.
• Maintain high shop floor standards and stock procedures; ensure visual displays meet guidelines.
• Contribute to a high level of security and prevent product thefts.
