Job summary

RHI Magnesita N.V. in Vienna is seeking a License Management Specialist to ensure compliance with software licensing agreements and optimise license usage and budget.

You will guide the license lifecycle and collaborate with legal and procurement to support negotiations and mitigate risks. You will maintain an accurate inventory of licenses, generate reports on usage and compliance, and assist with audits and software budgeting.

Qualifications

• University degree or proven experience in SAM/license management.
• Extensive experience in SAP and/or Microsoft environments.
• Knowledge of software licensing models and agreements.
• Good technical understanding to evaluate licenses.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an accurate inventory of software licenses and subscriptions.
• Generate reports on license usage and compliance to optimize spend.
• Analyze and optimize SAM processes.
• Accompany license audits.
• Support the software budgeting process and cost controlling.
