Qualifikationen

• University or master's degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field.
• Several years of relevant experience in consulting, project management, M&A, strategy, or corporate finance.
• Strong understanding of M&A processes and the full transaction lifecycle.
• Proven expertise in valuation models and financial analysis.
• Strong negotiation capabilities and understanding of deal legal aspects.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead international M&A transactions throughout the lifecycle, including origination, due diligence, signing, closing and integration.
• Screen markets and evaluate opportunities based on strategic fit, valuation, synergy and integration considerations.
• Develop compelling investment cases with business units and discuss with senior management.
• Build trusted relationships with potential targets and originate new opportunities.
• Perform company valuations based on financial performance and value-creation potential.
