• 5+ years of experience in controlling, FP&A, business partnering, operations, sales or management consulting in an international industrial environment
• Solid understanding of P&L, cash flow and value generation drivers, with advanced financial modelling skills
• Proven ability to engage and challenge senior stakeholders constructively in cross-functional settings
• Analytical, structured and hands-on mindset with curiosity for AI, digital tools, and data-driven value creation

Responsibilities

• Translating strategic initiatives into value levers with quantified benefits, clear ownership, and timelines
• Consolidating validated levers into the group wide value case and tracking realization together with program and regional controllers
• Building and reviewing robust financial models that link business measures to P&L, cash flow, and working capital impacts
• Partnering closely with business leaders and cross functional teams to challenge assumptions and stimulate value-oriented decisions
