You will inspire and develop the service team, curate diverse wine lists, and ensure exceptional guest journeys across dining experiences, with a strong focus on Sense of Place and international guest expectations.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience as a Sommelier or Head Sommelier in luxury hospitality.
• Extensive knowledge of international wines and beverage trends.
• Strong leadership and team development abilities.
• Fluency in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
• Passion for hospitality, storytelling and guest delight.

Aufgaben

• Lead and continuously develop the resort's wine program with a diverse selection.
• Curate wine lists aligned with culinary philosophy and Sense of Place.
• Provide expert recommendations and personalized service to guests.
• Lead, train, and mentor service teams on wine knowledge and service standards.
• Oversee wine inventory management, ordering, stock control and cellar organization.
• Monitor beverage costs and contribute to financial performance.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers, wineries and beverage partners.
• Act as a visible floor ambassador for the wine program and guest engagement.
