Rosewood Schloss Fuschl is seeking a Junior Sous Chef - Pastry to join the luxury pastry team. You will support leadership and daily operations, crafting exceptional pastry, desserts, and confectionery that reflect our Sense of Place philosophy and elevated standards.

You will mentor junior chefs, ensure HACCP compliance, and contribute to menu development while maintaining the highest quality and presentation.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience as Junior Sous Chef - Pastry or similar supervisory pastry role.
• Strong technical pastry and baking skills with creativity and innovation.
• Good understanding of food safety, hygiene regulations, and HACCP standards.

Aufgaben

• Oversee the daily operations of the Pastry Kitchen.
• Prepare and present high-quality pastries, desserts, baked goods, and confectionery items to Rosewood standards.
• Ensure consistency, creativity, and attention to detail across pastry offerings.
• Assist in development of new menu items and seasonal concepts.
• Coach and develop junior pastry team members to encourage growth.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety compliance.
