You will collaborate with the Director of Communications and cross‑functionally with Revenue, Events, F&B, Spa, Rooms, and Talent & Culture to deliver integrated campaigns, strengthen guest loyalty, and support revenue growth.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Marketing & Communications, luxury hospitality preferred.
• Proven leadership to manage and develop teams.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, content creation, PR, CRM, and brand management.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Creative storyteller with commercial mindset and results-oriented.
• Experience managing external agencies and production partners.
• Fluent English; German a strong advantage.
• Proactive, innovative, fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Shape and execute the resort's marketing and communications strategy.
• Drive brand visibility, guest engagement, and revenue initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Operations and Commercial teams.
• Oversee 360° marketing campaigns across digital, social, paid, earned, owned, and traditional media.
• Manage and develop the Marketing & Communications team.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on insights.
• Represent Rosewood Schloss Fuschl at events and partnerships.
