Renaissance Tower Hotel in Zurich West is seeking an enthusiastic hotel operations trainee to support the à la carte and banquet service and to gain hands-on experience in a premium property.

You will assist in kitchen positions, help with inventory and stock compliance, and collaborate with the Executive Chef on planning, quality assurance and process optimization. Fluent English is required, other languages are a plus, and you are currently studying at a recognised hotel management school.

• Active collaboration and ensuring an optimal production process in the à la carte and banquet service
• Supporting the Executive Chef in the areas of personnel planning, quality assurance, forecasting and process optimization
• Assistance in all hot and cold kitchen positions during all service periods
• Support with inventory and compliance with stock regulations
• Carrying out various cleaning tasks
