Zusammenfassung

Renaissance Tower Hotel in Zurich West is seeking an enthusiastic hotel operations trainee to support the à la carte and banquet service and to gain hands-on experience in a premium property.

You will assist in kitchen positions, help with inventory and stock compliance, and collaborate with the Executive Chef on planning, quality assurance and process optimization. Fluent English is required, other languages are a plus, and you are currently studying at a recognised hotel management school.

Your new workplace is in Zurich West. The Renaissance Tower Hotel has 252 standard rooms and 48 suites, including a Presidential Suite and a Grand Suite. The hotel also has 10 conference rooms, the Equinox Restaurant and the Lucid Bar & Lounge.
