Tmoose in Vienna is seeking a Junior Specialist Gateway Air Export to manage daily air export consolidation operations at our Vienna Gateway, coordinating with branches, airlines, warehouses, and trucking partners to ensure cost-efficient, compliant movements.

You will organize MAWB planning, BUPs, ULD stock, and issue MAWBs and manifests, while maintaining high service levels in a fast-paced, international logistics environment; fluency in English and German is required, and a 24/7 shift

Qualifikationen

• Completed vocational training or degree in Freight Forwarding / Logistics, e.g. Spedition & Logistikdienstleistung.
• At least 2 years of experience in air export operations.
• Fluent English and German (spoken and written).
• Willingness to work shift patterns and 24/7 environments; eligible for reliability/security clearance.

Aufgaben

• Organize and steer daily air export gateway operations, including consolidation (MAWB), capacity planning and uplift.
• Plan and manage BUPs, ULD stock, airline pre-bookings, and linehaul operations between gateways.
• Prepare and issue MAWBs, manifests, and handle electronic data transmission to airlines.
• Coordinate with airfreight branches, warehouses, trucking providers, airlines, and customs.
• Monitor export shipments, provide pre-alerts, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Handle accruals and billing, including invoicing to branches and settlements of charges.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, export controls, and legal requirements.
• Support the Team Leader by reporting irregularities, claims, or operational issues.

As aJunior Specialist Gateway Air Export, you willplay a key role in managing and coordinating air export consolidationoperations at our Vienna Gateway. Your mission is to ensure efficient,cost‑effective, and compliant airfreight movements by consolidating shipments,coordinating with internal and external partners, and maintaining smooth dailyoperations within a dynamic, international logistics environment.

You will act as acentral point of contact between branches, airlines, warehouses, and truckingpartners, ensuring high service quality, operational accuracy, andprofitability of gateway consolidations.

• Support the Team Leader by reporting irregularities, claims, or operational issues

What you bring

• Completed vocational training or degree inFreight Forwarding / Logistics(e.g.Spedition & Logistikdienstleistung)
• At least 2 years of experiencein air export operations (gateway or consolidation experience is a strong plus)
• Solid knowledge ofair export processes, consolidation planning, and airline coordination
• Strong organizational skills with a structured and reliable working style
• Service‑oriented mindset and ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to make quick, well‑founded decisions in a fast‑paced operational environment
• Fluent English and German (spoken and written)
• Willingness to workshift patternsand support operations in a 24/7 environment when required
• Eligibility forreliability/security clearanceand willingness to complete required trainings (e.g. IATA DGR)
