Hyundai GLOVIS Europe GmbH is looking for a Junior Specialist Gateway Air Export in Vienna. You will manage daily air export gateway operations, consolidate shipments, and coordinate with branches, airlines, warehouses, and trucking partners to ensure compliant, cost-efficient movements.

Ideal candidates have a logistics background with fluent English and German, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent English and German required.
• Completed vocational training or degree in Freight Forwarding / Logistics.
• Experience in air export operations is preferred but not mandatory for entry.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Aufgaben

• Organize and steer daily air export gateway operations, including consolidation (MAWB), capacity and uplift planning.
• Plan and manage BUPs, ULD stock, airline pre-bookings, and linehaul operations between gateways.
• Prepare and issue MAWBs, manifests, and handle electronic data transmission to airlines.
• Coordinate with airfreight branches, warehouse teams, trucking providers, airlines, and customs.
• Monitor export shipments, provide pre-alerts, and update internal stakeholders.
