Tmoose in Vienna is seeking a Junior Specialist Gateway Air Export to organize and drive daily air export gateway operations, including MAWB consolidation, capacity planning, and pre-bookings for 24/7 coverage.

You will coordinate with branches, airlines, warehouses, trucking partners, and customs to ensure compliant, timely shipments, accurate invoicing, and reliable service while maintaining high quality and profitability of gateway consolidations.

Qualifikationen

• Completed vocational training or degree in Freight Forwarding / Logistics (e.g. Speditions- & Logistikdienstleistung).
• 2+ years of experience in air export operations (gateway or consolidation a strong plus).
• Solid knowledge of air export processes, consolidation planning, and airline coordination.

Aufgaben

• Organize and steer daily air export gateway operations, including MAWB consolidation, capacity and uplift planning.
• Plan and manage BUPs, ULD stock, airline pre-bookings, and linehaul operations between gateways.
• Prepare and issue MAWBs, manifests, and handle electronic data transmission to airlines.
• Coordinate closely with airfreight branches, warehouse teams, trucking providers, airlines, and customs.
• Monitor export shipments, provide pre-alerts, and ensure service updates to internal stakeholders.
• Handle accruals and billing, including invoicing to branches and additional charge settlements.
• Ensure compliance within internal policies, export controls, and legal requirements.
• Support the Team Leader by reporting irregularities, claims, or operational issues.

Your mission

As aJunior Specialist Gateway Air Export, you willplay a key role in managing and coordinating air export consolidationoperations at our Vienna Gateway. Your mission is to ensure efficient,cost‑effective, and compliant airfreight movements by consolidating shipments,coordinating with internal and external partners, and maintaining smooth dailyoperations within a dynamic, international logistics environment.

You will act as acentral point of contact between branches, airlines, warehouses, and truckingpartners, ensuring high service quality, operational accuracy, andprofitability of gateway consolidations.

What you bring

• Solid knowledge ofair export processes, consolidation planning, and airline coordination
• Strong organizational skills with a structured and reliable working style
• Service‑oriented mindset and ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to make quick, well‑founded decisions in a fast‑paced operational environment
• Fluent English and German (spoken and written)
• Willingness to workshift patternsand support operations in a 24/7 environment when required
• Eligibility forreliability/security clearanceand willingness to complete required trainings (e.g. IATA DGR)
