Job summary

D-ploy is seeking an experienced IT/OT support professional for onsite operations in Austria. The role requires 5+ years in regulated environments, strong ITIL-based incident/problem/change management, and fluency in German and English. You will support SCADA/PLC, lab software, and production networks, with on-call rotation and a focus on data integrity and compliance.

Join a dynamic, international team and contribute to disaster recovery, onboarding, and continuous improvement of IT/OT systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field and 5+ years IT/OT support in regulated environments.
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) is essential.
• Experience with ITIL processes and ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Remedy).

Responsibilities

• Onsite IT/OT support including break/fix for thin clients, IPCs, handhelds, and lab equipment.
• Local hands-and-feet support for global IT teams.
• Troubleshooting automation and production systems (PLC, SCADA, OT networks).
• Support for software upgrades, patching, and backups in lab/OT environments.
• Incident, problem, and change management (ITIL-based).
• Compliance with CSV, GxP, and data integrity procedures.
• Participation in disaster recovery and business continuity planning.

Responsibilities

• Onsite IT/OT support including break/fix for thin clients, IPCs, handhelds, and lab equipment

• ITIL process knowledge; ServiceNow/Remedy ticketing

• Database Troubleshooting Experience MSSQL

• Available for onsite support and 24/7 on-call rotation

• Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
