Audi Revolut F1 Team is seeking an IT Operations Specialist to support end users and maintain IT infrastructure at Hinwil, Switzerland. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage devices and user accounts, and contribute to IT projects and system migrations.

The role requires a degree in Computer Science or an apprenticeship with further education, plus 5+ years in a technical, engineering‑ or R&D‑centric environment. English skills are essential; German is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Completed degree (University or University of Applied Sciences) in Computer Science or apprenticeship as a Computer Scientist with relevant further education.
• Project management certificate and relevant professional experience are required
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office 365, Active Directory, hardware and networking technologies
• Experience with Apple devices, cloud, platform engineering and IT security is beneficial
• Strong customer orientation and communication skills
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Good English skills (spoken and written), German is nice to have

Aufgaben

• Provide first-level support to end users (on-site and remote).
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, peripherals, and mobile devices.
• Manage user accounts, access rights, and IT systems.
• Manage IT projects, rollouts, and system migrations.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies.
• Document support cases in the ticketing system.
• Provide onboarding IT support.
• Collaborate with external companies to work on projects and resolve complex issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes.
