Audi Revolut F1 Team in Hinwil, Switzerland, seeks a skilled composite trimming technician to join our Formula 1 manufacturing team.

You will trim and finish composite parts, use hand and power tools, inspect for quality, and work with others to meet safety, design and timing requirements.

Requires at least 3 years in composite trimming (preferably in F1), basic technical education, and the ability to read drawings with meticulous attention to detail.

Audi Revolut F1 Team is the official factory team of Audi, as the brand enters the FIA Formula 1 World Championship for the first time in 2026.

The team is based in three locations: the power unit is developed by Audi Formula Racing GmbH at the Audi Competence Center Motorsport in Neuburg, Germany; the chassis is engineered and race operations are managed from the state‑of‑the‑art facilities of Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil, Switzerland; while the Audi Motorsport Technology Centre UK in Bicester, United Kingdom, provides a foothold in the heart of "Motorsport Valley", with direct access to top F1 talent and key strategic partners.

Your Profile

• Completed basic technical education.
• At least 3 years of practical experience in composite trimming or related field, preferably in an F1 Team.
• Proficiency in using tools, and equipment commonly used in composite trimming operations.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and work instructions, a good capacity to think in three dimensions.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment while adhering to deadlines.
• Flexible in terms of working hours, 2‑shift operation and standby duty.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, resilient, proactive and capable initiator.
• Proficiency in English language skills. German language skills will be an advantage.
