Fabasoft Group in Linz is looking for a consultant to translate requirements into digital processes, focusing on document management and quality management. You will work with customers from requirements through implementation, configuring our product to maximize value.

You bring IT education and practical OOP experience, plus a strong grasp of business processes and an eagerness to grow with the team, building strong customer relationships along the way.

Qualifications

• Degree or vocational IT education with professional experience.
• Strong object-oriented programming knowledge and practical application.
• Solid understanding of business processes and process modeling.
• Experience in document management and/or quality management is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and grow with customers in Industry 4.0.

Your mission:

• You collaborate closely with our customers to gather, analyze, and align business requirements and processes.
• You design, plan, and implement tailored software solutions in the areas of technical document management and quality management.
• You configure our standard product to deliver the best possible value for our customers.
• You work as part of a collaborative team that supports you throughout your onboarding and is always there to help you succeed in your role.

Your profile:

• You have completed a degree or vocational education in IT (HTL, university of applied sciences, or university) and already have professional experience in this field.
• You have knowledge of object-oriented programming and practical experience applying it.
• You have a strong understanding of business processes as well as expertise in process optimization and process modeling.
• Ideally, you already have experience in document management and/or quality management.
• You enjoy exploring new topics and are eager to grow together with us and our customers.
• You are passionate about digitalization and Industry 4.0 and enjoy building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
