Job summary

Leica Microsystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks an Inside Service Sales Specialist to drive new and renewal service contracts in the EMEA region from our Vienna site. You will generate opportunities via phone and email, qualify leads, and advance them through the sales cycle while aligning with Service and Sales teams.

The ideal candidate has proven service sales experience, is fluent in English and German, and is proficient with Salesforce; SAP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in service sales and tender management.
• Fluent English and German, strong communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce.com; SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell new and renewal service contracts via phone and email in the EMEA region.
• Prepare quotations, manage tenders and service agreements in SAP/SFDC.
• Collaborate with Service, Sales and Field teams to meet targets.
