Job summary

Leica Microsystems, a Danaher operating company, is seeking an Inside Service Sales Specialist to drive new and renewal service contracts in the EMEA region from our Vienna site. You will engage customers by phone and email, qualify leads, and build lasting relationships to grow service revenues.

The role requires proven service sales experience and fluency in English and German, with SAP/Salesforce and strong collaboration across Service, Sales and Field teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in service sales, value-based selling, tenders and negotiations.
• Fluent written and spoken English and German required.
• GCSE level or equivalent education.

Responsibilities

• Sell new and renewed service contracts and service offerings to customers in the assigned EMEA territory via phone and email.
• Prepare quotations, manage tenders and service agreements in SAP/SFDC, ensuring pricing, billing and funnel management.
• Collaborate with Service, Sales and Field teams to meet sales targets and KPIs.
