Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Inside Sales with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• B2B sales and account management experience preferred.
• Industry knowledge in consulting, technology verticals and SMB segments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate inside sales reps to meet targets.
• Maintain active forecasted pipeline to meet quotas.
• Grow revenue by pursuing new logo opportunities, win-back opportunities and cross-sell opportunities.
• Manage renewals for small to medium businesses.
• Ensure accurate data in CRM to support forecasting.
