Grow-Talent.com is seeking a German-speaking Inside Sales Representative to join a hybrid role in Dublin, relocation included. You will manage inbound leads, drive the sales pipeline, and hit KPIs on a monthly and quarterly basis.

The ideal candidate is fluent in German and English, has 18–24 months of SDR/SaaS sales experience, and can demonstrate a strong sales and presentation track record in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Native/fluent in German and English, with strong written and spoken skills.
• 18 to 24 months of SDR experience in SaaS/IT services, or 6–12 months in B2B sales as an individual contributor.
• Experience with a software vendor, SaaS provider, or systems integrator.
• Proven ability to prospect, conduct discovery calls, and present effectively.

Aufgaben

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for SME segment.
• Manage inbound leads across channels to drive pipeline and KPIs.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and use a structured sales method to shorten cycles.
• Act as product champion and communicate client value proposition.
