United European Gastroenterology GmbH in Vienna is looking for a Junior Project Manager to support Corporate Relations Management. In this hands-on role you will coordinate industry activities around UEG Week, manage exhibition services, meeting rooms and digital platforms, and ensure timely delivery.

You will work across projects, with internal teams and external partners in an international environment. The position offers a full-time contract and a salary starting at €38,500 per year, with

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of professional experience in project coordination, operations, events, congresses, sponsorship or similar environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English; German skills are an asset.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Confident use of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Canva and digital collaboration tools.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate the operational implementation of industry activities related to UEG Week, including exhibition services, company meeting rooms and other formats.
• Manage industry-related digital platforms and tools, such as the Industry Zone and the UEG Week online shop.
• Coordinate deadlines, materials and deliverables with industry partners and ensure accurate and timely implementation.
• Maintain data, contact lists and structured project documentation, including follow-up of deadlines and open action points.
• Support administrative processes within the Corporate Relations Unit, including the preparation of offers and presentations.
• Support internal and external communications, including the Industry website, newsletters and marketing plans.
