Responsibilities
- Design and implementation of measures to optimise manufacturing
- Definition and budgeting of planned production investments
- Establishment and monitoring of the effectiveness of process and manufacturing optimisations
- Introduction of synchronized manufacturing processes and striving for balanced production, including a pull system
- Identification of waste and elimination of the root causes of machine problems to increase productivity
- Management of the external development partner and ensuring timely implementation
- Close collaboration with all departments along the production chain
- Conducting and coordinating training on new workflows within the Energy Team
- Shaping the mobility of the future
Qualifications
- Completed technical education (University of Applied Sciences/Technical University) with a focus on electrical engineering
- Several years of experience in the planning, implementation, and optimisation of production processes
- Strong knowledge of relevant process management methods (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen)
- Fluency in spoken and written German and English
- Ability to work in a team, as well as a communicative, proactive, and organised personality
- Independent, self‑reliant, and solution‑oriented approach to work
- Flexibility for travel (approx. 20%)

The minimum salary is €4,000 gross per month with appropriate qualifications.
