What you will do

• You will be part of our international service team
• You are one interface between our customers and our organization to make our products and solutions better every day
• You will provide Post‑Sales Technical Services to customers including:
  • Responsibility for software and system design across the full measurement chain, from signal acquisition to data processing, visualization, and customer reporting.
  • Responsibility for core embedded software components, ideally supported by experience in C/C++, and acting as the central technical point of contact for key and critical system areas.
  • Software Commissioning along with Updates & Upgrades on heavy special Purpose Machines
  • Fault and root‑cause analysis of complex measurement and raw data for system optimization using data analytics methods.
  • Integration & Acceptance Testing

• You fluently speak English and German
