Responsibilities

• Design and implementation of measures to optimise manufacturing
• Definition and budgeting of planned production investments
• Establishment and monitoring of the effectiveness of process and manufacturing optimisations
• Introduction of synchronized manufacturing processes and striving for balanced production, including a pull system
• Identification of waste and elimination of the root causes of machine problems to increase productivity
• Management of the external development partner and ensuring timely implementation
• Close collaboration with all departments along the production chain
• Conducting and coordinating training on new workflows within the Energy Team
• Shaping the mobility of the future

Qualifications

• Completed technical education (University of Applied Sciences/Technical University) with a focus on electrical engineering
• Several years of experience in the planning, implementation, and optimisation of production processes
• Strong knowledge of relevant process management methods (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen)
• Fluency in spoken and written German and English
• Ability to work in a team, as well as a communicative, proactive, and organised personality
• Independent, self‑reliant, and solution‑oriented approach to work
• Flexibility for travel (approx. 20%)
