Mansuri Schoolwear in Vienna is seeking multiple Customer Support Agents. Candidates should have a basic understanding of English and enjoy multitasking.

Responsibilities include entering orders in our software, processing packing slips and invoices, and providing excellent customer service online and in person. This part-time, 12-month contract role requires a High School Diploma, basic office skills, and strong communication.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Working knowledge of office equipment (e.g. optical scanner).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask.

Responsabilidades

• Entering orders into company software system.
• Entry of packing slips and invoices.
• Manage inventory in company system.
• Provide excellent customer service experience both online and offline.
• Serve as an “administrative hub,” performing secretarial duties such as answering phones and routing correspondence.
• Handling basic inquiries and sorting mail.
• Copying, scanning, and filing documents.
