The Mice Groups, Inc. is seeking an IT Support Technician for a extendable 6-month contract in Vienna, Austria. The role is hybrid (M,T,Th onsite) with collaboration across IT and Security to support users both onsite and remotely.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in IT support, strong knowledge of Google Workspace, identity providers, and mobile device management. You will contribute to onboarding, inventory management, and technical documentation while helping deploy new solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3+ years in IT support roles; strong technical aptitude and quick learner.
• Experience with identity providers and cloud platforms (Google Workspace, Okta).
• Familiarity with SaaS, MDM, scripting, and cross-platform environments.

Aufgaben

• Assist with user provisioning/deprovisioning and access management for cloud technologies
• Onboard new employees regionally and support onsite/remote users
• Procure, configure, deploy, and manage hardware inventories
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to triage and resolve requests
• Lead and contribute to workplace technology upgrades and repairs
• Create technical documentation and self-service materials
