Qualifikationen
- Strong English communication, both written and spoken.
- Experience providing IT support in corporate environments.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and macOS environments.
- Knowledge of identity management and security basics.
Aufgaben
- Serve as primary IT support contact for Boston and Vienna offices
- Prioritize and manage multiple requests
- Handle device provisioning and user lifecycle management (onboarding/offboarding)
- Ensure reliable operation of Google Workspace and macOS environments across the company
- Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues across company devices
- Own Ketryx internal IT support channel
- Support security & compliance initiatives
